X4 Lifecycle
X4 supports two primary lifecycles: a developer-driven workspace lifecycle and a GitHub-bot-driven implementation lifecycle.
Developer Workspace Lifecycle
Mastra Issue-To-PR Lifecycle
Evidence Lifecycle
Evidence starts as local or remote execution records and ends as GitHub-visible comments/checks:
- X4 creates a workspace, sandbox, remote job, or control submission.
- Commands produce logs, artifacts, worker records, preview routes, and status.
- X4 validates that tester URLs are private tailnet URLs.
- X4 posts evidence to PRs/issues or creates check runs.
- Humans and agents use that evidence to decide follow-up work.
